Top 5 Maps and Navigation Apps in Finland Q3 2023 Performance Review

The third quarter of 2023 saw interesting trends in the performance of the top five Maps and Navigation applications in Finland. Data from Sensor Tower reveals the weekly downloads, revenue, and active users for each app, providing a comprehensive look at their market standing.

Karttaselain - Maastokartta from AccelBit Oy showed a steady performance in terms of weekly revenue, which peaked at approximately $10.9K in mid-July. The app's weekly downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of about 3K in late July, while active users remained relatively stable, peaking at 3K in the same period.

Maastokartat by MapsiTech Oy experienced a varied revenue stream, with a notable peak of around $5K at the end of June. Weekly downloads for the app hovered around 1.2K, and active users saw a gradual increase, reaching a peak of 2.4K in late September.

Loisto Mariner from Tapio Palvelut Oy / Karttakeskus demonstrated a significant drop in revenue over the quarter, starting at roughly $12.5K in late June and declining to about $1.7K by the end of September. Downloads also decreased, falling from 509 in early July to just 40 by the end of September.
